Play Everywhere Philadelphia is an exciting, collaborative challenge, created by KABOOM!, funded by the William Penn Foundation, and in close partnership with Playful Learning Landscapes Action Network (PLLAN) and Watchdog Project Management, to bring together organizations and stakeholders in Philadelphia to create playful, interactive spaces that support child development and literacy skills in everyday locations throughout the city.
